PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION

The cost of a parking pass is $60.00 for the Berea-Midpark Main Lot and $30.00 for the Roehm Athletic Center Lot. At the time of this application, a student must possess a valid driver's license. In addition, all prior years outstanding fees must be paid-in-full at the time of pass pick up. Students must park in the designated areas and display their purchased parking placard. Passes are non-transferable.

PARKING LOT PREFERENCE

Parking spaces are limited at the high school and the school will consider the year of the student, enrollment status and previous year's attendance record.

I hereby give permission to my child to park in the Berea-Midpark Student Lot and/or the Roehm Athletic Center Lot, and understand that if he/she fails to abide by the parking rules and regulations, the parking pass may be revoked. I understand that the school is not liable for damage or theft while cars are in the lot. Repeated parking violations will also result in towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.
