Student Transportation Registration Form: Non-Berea City Schools

All students NOT attending a Berea City School District school that want transportation for the following school year must complete this form by MAY 31ST to qualify for transportation next school year.

Registrations after May 31st MUST call Transportation at 216-898-8301. If you are new to the district, proof of residency will be required.

If your student lives in the Berea City School District attending Grades K-4 residing more than ONE(1) mile from their school building, and/or attends Grades 5-12 residing more than 1 1/2 miles from their school building, may be eligible for transportation service.

Once your form is processed, you will receive your student's route information via email.
